Provider and contact
GG Account Services is an independent third-party service, not affiliated with or authorized by Google. Contact [email protected] for service questions, order disputes and questions about these terms. Any required additional legal entity details will be published before live operations.
Current availability
The public website provides descriptions and help. Registration, checks, purchases and appeal sessions are not open; action buttons display availability notices. Separate controlled payment tests do not mean formal products are listed or publicly sold. The separate simulation environment offers test sign-in, checks and exports, simulated orders and delivery, credits and a manually operated remote appeal environment. Simulated results, prices, accounts and payments are test data. External websites opened in its remote browser are real; operate carefully. Stage indicators do not establish recovery.
Customer responsibilities
Only operate accounts you own or are authorized to use. Provide truthful, accurate and necessary information and protect your website sign-in details and delivery files. Do not use the service for unlawful activities, fraud, infringement, bulk abuse or bypassing third-party security restrictions. Follow the rules of Google and any relevant game and payment service.
Orders, payment and delivery
Ordinary simulated payments do not charge real funds, and delivered accounts are fictional test data. Separate test payments apply only to explicitly identified test products, amounts and isolated credits. Before a live order is placed, its product specifications, price, currency, delivery method and applicable rules must be displayed. A browser return page alone is not proof of payment or fulfillment; server-verified order and provider results apply. Cookie choices do not create orders, make payments or grant credits.
Coverage, refunds and disputes
Published first-sign-in coverage, product descriptions and order terms apply within their respective scope; see After-sales support. For non-delivery, duplicate or abnormal payments, retain the order reference and contact the email above. Detailed refund, replacement and coverage rules for live products will be published before launch. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy or reduce statutory rights.
Availability and outcomes
Checks reflect observations at specific times; account status may change. Users operate the official appeal process and Google decides the outcome. Long-term account availability, game compatibility and appeal approval are not guaranteed. Network issues, maintenance and third-party failures may affect availability. Confirmed orders and applicable support rules govern how we handle issues; this notice does not remove our responsibilities.

Read these terms, the privacy notice, disclaimer and relevant product rules before using a service. Material changes will be published, with additional explanations at relevant steps for new data uses or transaction conditions. Accepting cookies records a storage preference, not a purchase contract or acceptance of unpublished terms. Contact us first to discuss a dispute; applicable rules depend on the service and legal requirements.
